Where this actually stands
Billing is not switched on yet, so right now mesh costs nothing and there is nowhere to enter a card. The rate above is what it will be when charging starts. Everyone who signs up before then keeps a free first month from the day billing opens, and gets a month of notice by email before anything is charged. If it turns out not to be worth it to you by then, say no and nothing is taken.
